Vegan Energy Balls

Vegan Energy Balls Recipe

Preparation time: 10-15 minutes
Makes: 12 energy balls

Ingredients:

200g Primrose’s Kitchen Raw Beetroot and Ginger Muesli

200g pitted medjool dates

2 tbsp almond butter

2 tbsp Primrose’s Kitchen Beetroot Seed Sprinkle (optional)

Instructions:

Place the muesli, pitted medjool dates and almond butter in a food processor. Blend until fully combined. Create 12 energy balls by taking 1 tablespoon of mixture and rolling it into a ball in the palms of your hands.

If you wish to garnish your energy balls (optional) , use powders like Primrose’s Kitchen Beetroot Seed Sprinkle, turmeric powder, cacao powder or freeze dried fruit powders and roll your energy balls in the powder for light coverage.
