Green breakfast on the go smoothie
Ingredients:
unsweetened plant based milk
Primrose’s Kitchen gluten free oats
pitted dates
tahini
ground cinnamon
vanilla powder
ice cubes
cleanse powder
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smoothie and combined. Drink immediately or place in a sealable, air tight container for a quick and nourishing breakfast on the go.
Tip:
I using sweetened milk, only use 1 date or omit all together.
