Very Berry Smoothie

Very berry smoothie - recipe

Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 1 large smoothie

Ingredients:

150g of loosely packed, washed kale (purple kale is ideal, but curly kale will work well too)

75g of washed blackberries

75g of washed raspberries

Juice of 1 lime

240ml coconut water

1 tsp of our Energy Smoothie Booster

100ml of vegan yoghurt such as raw coconut yoghurt (optional)

Method:

Place the kale, blackberries, raspberries, lime juice, coconut water and smoothie booster in a blender Blend until smooth and nicely combined. Fill a tall glass with the yoghurt (if using) and then gently pour the smoothie on top Garnish with fresh berries, edible flowers or/and a teaspoon of vegan yoghurt.
