Plum Crumble

Serves 4

Filling

8 medium plums, stoned and cut into quarters

2 tbsp maple syrup

juice of 1 orange

Topping

1 cup Primrose’s Kitchen Turmeric & Banana Granola

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp maple syrup

To serve:

Coconut yoghurt

Method:

Grease 4 ramekins with coconut oil

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine plums with maple syrup and orange juice.

Place in the ramekins and bake for 20 minutes

In another bowl, combine granola, coconut oil and maple syrup.

Place the topping on top of the plums and bake for another 5 minutes.

Serve warm, with a dollop of coconut yoghurt.
