Pear and Apricot Breakfast Parfaits

Serves 2


150g Primrose’s Kitchen Pear and Apricot Bircher

2 large pears (chopped into chunks)

1 tablespoon maple syrup

40g dried apricots (chopped into chunks)

300g dairy free yoghurt


1. Begin by adding the pear chunks into a saucepan on a medium heat.
2. Add the maple syrup and let simmer for 6 minutes until soft.
3. Simply load up the glasses with bircher, yoghurt, bircher, chopped apricots, yoghurt
and stewed pears.
4. Sprinkle with a pinch more of bircher and enjoy!
