1 kiwi, peeled
1 tsp Primrose’s kitchen energy booster
120g (fresh or frozen) pineapple, peeled
1cup/240ml coconut water or plain water
1/2 avocado peeled
juice of 1/2 lime (optional)
1 small handful of washed chard leaves
Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Consume immediately and enjoy!
This smoothie keeps well in the fridge in a closed container for about a day.
